We call him "Tito" which is like "Tino" which is short for "Latino" which rhymes with "Justino" which is Spanish for "Justin". Go figure. Not one for remembering lines, at least not accurately, Justin's better at acting like a complete lunatic, which means he was perfect for several characters in MOSS, most notably Dyslexic Kamikaze the skywriter. He and other of Tito's loony characters will show up in Lichen.

Justin actually wrote a very nice sketch in the early days of MOSS, which sadly didn't fit in very well with anything else and was reduced to a vague concept that became the line.
